Community Square District

Inspired by town squares across America, the Community Square will offer business and retail options like drugstores, banks, small grocery stores, and salons. Residents of The Crossings will be able to easily walk from place to place, and visitors to the community will enjoy ample access to these shops as well. If you’ve ever imagined a Saturday morning strolling down Main Street, this is that place.

Farmers Market District

The Farmers Market area is our arts and small business district, taking the concept of the Jackson Walk in Downtown Jackson to the next level. Here, you’ll find a full farmers market, an amphitheater, restaurants, and coffee shops – maybe even antique stores and art galleries. Our streetscapes will emphasize pedestrian access, giving our residents every opportunity to meet their neighbors and make new friends while exploring this area on foot.

Bypass (West) District

This commercial and retail district serves as a beacon to the rest of Jackson. Here, you’ll find larger box stores and chain restaurants easily accessible from outside the community. It is our hope that once people visit this area, they’ll want to see the rest of The Crossings!

Highland (East) District

In the East District, the opportunities are endless - from fast food and convenience stores to car washes, quick service, community retail, and much, much more! Located adjacent to apartments and walkable from anywhere in The Crossings, businesses can provide leisurely shopping and essential services to residents right outside their front door.
